MOUNTING THE COVER.

- Cut the included sticker in two along the dotted line.
- Stick one part as indicated in fig. 3.0, and the other as indicated in fig. 3.1.
- Using a sharp knife, cut out the openings covered by the sticker.
- Place the cover on the supporting sections.
- Verify that the openings are aligned with the connections.
- Secure the covering with the 4 socket screws.
INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
-Install the PSU as close as possible to the battery (not, however, under the
bonnet). One can secure the supports with M4 hexagonal bolts which slide
into the groove along the side, possibly together with a bracket.
-Connect the + and - leads with the battery, using wire with a minimum diameter
of 2.5mm and the flat receptacles included.
-Connect the +V, 0 and -V outlets with the corresponding leads on the amplifier
(1.5mm diameter wire as minimum).
The ON/OFF switch contact can be connected in two possible ways:
1 Together with the car radio (fig. 4.0):
-Connect the supply's ON/OFF contact with the radio's antenna-supply outlet
(this can be done using thin wiring).
ATTENTION: Certain radios may not provide a voltage to the antenna-supply
outlet while in cassette-playing mode.
2 Independently, using a switch or an ignition lock (fig. 4.1).
-Connect the supply's ON/OFF contact to a point providing voltage as soon as
the ignition key makes contact, or alternatively connect the ON/OFF contact
to the battery's + pole via a switch.
