Connect the telephone cable.

1 Connect the supplied cable to the
(LINE) jack. Then connect the
other end to the telephone line
jack on your wall.
2 Connect an optional extension
telephone or answering
machine to the (EXT.) jack
6 Attach the document feeder tray on the
document feeder.
