The Resuscitation Timer has been designed to work with a bag mask resuscitator. The Resuscitation Timer monitors the
patient airway pressure to determine and display inspiratory time, breaths per minute (BPM) and airway pressure. The
Resuscitation Timer will guide the caregiver to deliver resuscitation per the American Heart Association Guidelines 2005.
Should the Resuscitation Timer stop working for any reason, continue to use the bag mask resuscitator in a normal
manner.
