    MFI2406LS OPERATION Water Water enters the machine through the 3/8" male flare at the rear of the cabinet, goes to the water reservoir which it enters through the float valve. The water then goes out the bottom of the reservoir tank to the bottom of the evaporator. Reservoir overflow or evaporator condensation is routed to the drain.

After the sight glass, there are two separate liquid lines, each leading to a liquid line valve. When the individual ice level sensor causes the circuit board to energize the liquid line valve, the valve opens, allowing the liquid refrigerant to enter that expansion valve.
