Fixing screw (A)
1) Loosen the screw (A), move the indicator (B) to minimum position and tighten the screw (A) softly.
2) Loosen the shaft (C) with spanner (rotate it about a half), insert the allenkey wrench into the hole of
shaft (C) and rotate the inside screw (D) clockwise or counter-clockwise. Tighten the shaft (C).
3) Test the sewing. If both lines are not equal, rotate the screw (D) clockwise or counter-clockwise more
and test the sewing again.

15. Knife broken frequently

・Check the knife pressure, surface of cutting block and hole of knife

Clean up the hole of knife and hole located under the knife

Check the knife pressure.

If the needle bar stop position is still incorrect after
adjusting the brake pressure (14-1), loosen screws
and adjust the sensor reflector position.
After adjusting, test the machine with actual
sewing. See the service manual, page 12.
NOTE: When in test sewing, use fabrics for actual
Sewing/stitching.
