GERINGFÜGIGE STÖRUNGEN
Häufig können Störungen schnell beseitigt werden, ohne den
Kundendienst einzuschalten.
Wir empfehlen deshalb vor dem Hinzuziehen eines Fachmannes,
folgendes zu kontrollieren:
DAS GERÄT FUNKTIONIERT NICHT.
• Kontrollieren Sie, ob der Netzstecker korrekt in der Steckdose
eingesteckt ist.
• Überprüfen Sie das Kabel. Wenn es beschädigt ist, muss es von
einem Fachmann ausgewechselt werden.
DAS GERÄT ERREICHT NICHT DIE GEWÜNSCHTE TEMPERATUR
Kontrollieren Sie folgendes:
• Ob der Hauptschalter eingeschaltet ist.
• Ob die Temperatur richtig eingestellt ist.
• Ob sich das Gerät in einer Abtauphase befindet oder kurz danach.
• Ob der Verdampfer mit Eis bedeckt ist.
• Ob der Kondensator mit Staub verstopft ist.
• Ob sich das Gerät in der Nähe von Wärmequellen befindet oder
ob die maximale Umgebungstemperatur überschritten wurde.
• Ob die Kondensatoreinheit zu wenig belüftet ist.
• Ob die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen oder die Türdichtung
beschädigt ist.
• Ob beim Einfüllen die Lebensmittel zu heiß waren oder zu
zahlreich bzw. schlecht eingeordnet wurden.
• Ob die Lüftungsschlitze im Innenraum bedeckt sind, was die
Luftzirkulation behindert.
DAS GERÄT VERLIERT WASSER.
Kontrollieren Sie folgendes:
• Ob der Abfluss verstopft ist.
• Ob das Gerät geradesteht.
• Ob Abtropfschale überläuft.
DAS GERÄT IST LAUT.
Kontrollieren Sie folgendes:
• Ob alle Schrauben und Muttern festsitzen.
• Ob das Gerät gut nivelliert ist.

• Leave the doors or lids open so that the air can circulate.
• Cover the unit with an air-permeable material.
SMALL DISTURBANCES
Often malfunctions can be eliminated quickly without having to
contact customer service.
We therefore recommend checking the following before
consulting a specialist:
THE DEVICE DOES NOT WORK.
• Check that the mains plug is correctly plugged into the socket.
• Check the cable. If it is damaged, it must be replaced by a
specialist.
THE UNIT DOES NOT REACH THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE
Check the following:
• Whether the main switch is switched on.
• Whether the temperature is set correctly.
• Whether the device is in a defrosting phase or shortly
afterwards.
• Whether the evaporator is covered with ice.
• Whether the condenser is clogged with dust.
• Whether the device is located close to heat sources or whether
the maximum ambient temperature has been exceeded.
• Whether the condenser unit is not sufficiently ventilated.
• Whether the door is not closed properly or the door seal is
damaged.
• Whether the food was too hot or too numerous or poorly
distributed.
• Whether the ventilation slots in the interior are covered, what
hinders the air circulation.
THE UNIT LOSES WATER.
Check the following:
• Whether the drain is blocked.
• Whether the device is standing straight.
• Whether water tray is overloaded.
THE DEVICE IS LOUD.
Check the following:
• Whether all screws and nuts are tight.
• Whether the device is well leveled.
