ÖFFNEN/SCHLIESSEN DES DECKELS
Der teleskopische Deckel der Saladette S900 ist mehrfach
verstellbar:
1. Schieben Sie die Platte bei geschlossenem Deckel in die
halboffene Position zurück. Dies ermöglicht einen Teilzugriff auf
die Gastronormbehälter.
2. Heben Sie den Deckel nach oben und zurück, so dass das
Scharnier in den Stützschlitz einrastet.
3. Heben Sie den Deckel nach oben und ganz nach hinten, so dass
die Gastronormschalen vollständig freiliegen.
WARNUNG:
Der
teleskopische
Verriegelungsmechanismus. Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Öffnen
immer, dass der Deckel in der Position "halb offen" steht.
BETRIEB
BEFÜLLUNG
Mit dem Ziel die bestmögliche Leistung des Gerätes zu erhalten, ist
es notwendig, die folgenden Regeln zu beachten:
• Füllen Sie das Kühlgerät erst, wenn es die gewünschte
Temperatur erreicht hat (auf dem Display ablesbar)
• Stellen Sie keine warmen Speisen oder warme Flüssigkeiten
sowie nicht abgedeckte Nahrungsmittel in das Kühlgerät.
• Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen bzw. verpacken.
• Lassen Sie Türen nicht längere Zeit geöffnet und vermeiden Sie
das unnötige Öffnen.
• Öffnen Sie nicht den Deckel, wenn das nicht nötig ist.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Öffnungen für GN-Behälter immer mit
GN-Behälter bedeckt sind, auch wenn die Behälter leer sind. Das
verbessert Energieeffizienz des Geräts erheblich.
• Stellen Sie nichts direkt auf den Kühlraumboden, nutzen Sie
immer Auflegeroste.
ABTAUEN
Das Gerät führt automatisch alle sechs Stunden einen Abtauzyklus
durch.
Hinweis: Der Zyklus beginnt mit dem ersten Einschalten des Geräts.
Um das Gerät manuell abzutauen:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste DEFROST und halten Sie sie 5 Sekunden
lang gedrückt.
2. Der Abtauzyklus beginnt sofort und die LED „DEFROST" leuchtet
auf. Die Abtauung dauert bis zu 30 Minuten.

OPEN/CLOSE THE LID
The lid of the S900 Saladette Counter is multi-positional:
1. With the lid closed, slide the panel back into the half open
position. This allows partial access the the gastronorm trays.
2. Lift the lid up and back so the hinge settles into the support
slot.
3. Lift the lid up and completely back so the gastronorm trays
are completely exposed.
WARNING: The sliding lid does not have a locking mechanism.

Always make sure that the lid is in the "half-open" position
before opening.
OPERATION
FILLING
In order to obtain the best possible performance of the device,
it is necessary to observe the following rules:
• Fill the cooling unit only when it has reached the desired
temperature (readable on the display)
• Do not place hot food or warm liquids or uncovered food in
the refrigerator.
• Always seal or pack food well.
• Do not leave doors open for long periods of time and avoid
unnecessary opening.
• Do not open the lid if this is not necessary.
• Ensure that bays are always covered with GN-pans, even if
GN-pans are empty. Open bays will greatly reduce efficiency of
the appliance.
• Do not place anything directly on the refrigerator floor, always
use support grates.
DEFROST
The appliance will automatically run a defrost cycle every six
hours.
Note: The cycle starts from the time the appliance is initially
powered up.
To manually defrost the appliance:
1. Press and hold the DEFROST button for 5 seconds.
2. The defrost cycle will start immediately and the Defrost LED
illuminates. The defrost will last up of 30 minutes.
