Ignore Open (ON/OFF)
 When Ignore Open is "ON" and Current Feedback is "ON", the evc/epc will
the output duty cycle reaches 100%.
 When Ignore Open is "OFF" and Current Feedback is "ON", the evc/epc will declare an error when the
output duty cycle reaches 100%.
 When Current Feedback is "OFF", Ignore Open does not have any impact.
