STORING WINE
Note: *Note: Bottle capacities are approximate. This wine cooler is designed to store approximately 156
standard Bordeaux 750ml bottles. Storing large and/or oddly shaped bottles (including Champagne and
sparkling wine bottles) will decrease the capacity of your wine cooler.
When adding a bottle to the wine cooler, make sure there is no contact with the back interior of the
cooler.
Make sure that no bottles are placed directly onto the electronic board of the control panel. Always
place bottles on the shelves only.
To avoid damage to the shelves and ensure the cooler maintains a consistent temperature, do not
overfill the wine cooler.
SHELVES
To prevent damaging the door gasket, make sure the door is fully open when pulling shelves out of
the rail compartment.
For easy access to the stored bottles, pull the shelves out approximately 1/3 of the way. The shelves
are designed with an emergency stop to prevent them from being pulled out too far when loaded.
All shelves are adjustable. The shelves have been designed to adjust to a range of heights.
DOOR LOCK
This wine cooler comes with a lock and key combination. The keys are located the plastic bag containing
the Owner's Manual. To unlock the door, insert the key into the lock and turn it counter-clockwise. To lock
the door, insert the key and turn clockwise, make sure that the metal pin is fully engaged.
DEFROSTING
The wine cooler defrosts automatically. The evaporator behind the rear wall of the unit automatically
defrosts and the condensate collects in the drainage channel behind the rear of the wall of the unit, and
flows through the drainage hole into the drip tray by the compressor, where it evaporates.
