Cannot Find Port Issues (GolfBuddy Plus, Pro and Tour)

Step 1

On the bottom left of your keyboard, there should be a "windows key" located between the Control
and Alt keys. Hold this key down and press the letter "R" down at the same time.

Step 2

This should bring up a "Run" menu. Type the following in the box: devmgmt.msc Then hit "Ok".

Step 3

This will bring up a device manager. Look for any yellow question marks listed under "Other devices".
Select the device which is listed underneath "Other devices".

Step 4

Highlight this and double click. This will bring up the properties for this device. On the top there should
be a "General" tab To the left of the "General" tab there should be a "Driver" tab.

Step 5

Click on the "Driver" tab and click on "Update Driver".

Step 6

Make sure Search automatically is selected and then click on Next.

Step 7

Click on Next continuously until it updates the driver.
