Key Definitions Bowl: The Bowl is the foundation of the Pet Fountain. The base of the Bowl features a notch to hide the electrical power cord from view. Tower: Water is pumped up through the Tower to cycle through the Charcoal Filter and out the spouts to create a waterfall into the Bowl. -
