The back of the warranty liability
If during the warranty period the device was operated in violation
of the rules or the consumer did not comply with the requirements
of the company specified in the operating manual, which performs
warranty service device, the repair is carried out at the expense of
the consumer.
The manufacturer guarantees the possibility of using the device
for its intended purpose during its lifetime (provided that, if
necessary, post-warranty maintenance or repair is carried out at the
expense of the consumer). The service life of the device is
terminated in case:
- Introduction of changes in a design of the goods, and as use of
knots, details, accessories of the devices which are not provided by
standard documents,
- Damage caused by:

the improper use;

the harm caused by consumer;

the natural disasters, fires;

the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids;

the failure to comply with power supply system
requirements;

the violation of the device operating procedures.
