Part 4: Typical malfunctions and
troubleshooting
Before carrying out repair work, please refer to the list of specific
faults, their causes and troubleshooting recommendations in the
table below.
Service and repair of the chest freezer should be carried out only
by specialists of the technical service who have the right to carry
out repairs and maintenance of equipment of this type.
Disconnect the chest freezer from the power supply before
carrying out any repairs, cleaning or maintenance work.
With the power supply connected, test and adjustment work
must only be carried out by a specialist service technician.
The system containing the refrigerant must not be de-
pressurized. If necessary, this operation may only be carried out
by a service technician.
