Safety precautions

• Before starting to use the system, please read these "Safety precautions" carefully to ensure
proper operation of the system.
• When you have read this user's manual, please keep it safely. If someone else takes over as
user, make sure that the manual is also passed on to the new user.

• This unit is designed for 2 types refrigerants (R32 or R410A). See a label on the outdoor unit to
check refrigerant information.

❚ Following precaution is only for R32.
This equipment uses fl ammable refrigerants. If the refrigerant is leaked,
together with an external ignition source, there is a possibility of ignition.
• Strict compliance of the domestic laws must
be observed when disposing the appliance.
• Do not use means to accelerate the
defrosting process or to clean, other than
those recommended by the manufacturer.
• The appliance shall be stored in a room
without continuously operating ignition
sources (for example: open fl ames, an
operating gas appliance or an operating
electric heater).
• Do not pierce or burn.
• Be aware that refrigerants may not contain an
odour.
