8. FIRMWARE UPDATE

The internal software (firmware) of the CD player can be updated. New versions of the firmware will include
new features, bug fixes and the optimization of current processes. We suggest to always operate the player
with the latest firmware to ensure the highest level of functionality. Visit
updates and information for the installation procedure.

To find out which firmware version you are running, first switch to USB mode.

Then keep the buttons [►II] and CUE pressed simultaneously until the display indicates the firmware
version.

9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend a frequent cleaning of the device. Please use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use
alcohol or solvents!
There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried
out by authorized dealers.
Should you need any spare parts, please use genuine parts. Should you have further questions, please
contact your dealer.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING

Permanent vibrations, shocks and the installation on uneven surfaces may lead to jamming of the CD tray
which will no longer open properly. You can easily solve the problem by gently adjusting the screws of the
CD drives on the bottom of the unit (see figure).
