This specification applies to the 15.0inch Color TFT-LCD Module M150XN05.
The display supports the XGA (1024(H)X768(V) screen format and 262,144 color(RGB 6-bits
data).
All input signals are 2 Channel TTL interface compatible.
This module does not contain an inverter card for backlight
