The audio function does not work.
Picture OK & No sound
No output from one
of the speakers
Unusual sound from
inside the product
No sound when
connecting HDMI
or USB
There is a problem with PICTURE settings.
When the user changes
the picture settings, the
TV automatically converts
back to the initial settings
after a certain period of time.
Only PC mode applied
No image is displayed.
Power is on, power indictor
is blue but the screen
appears extremely dark.
Does the 'Invalid format'
message appear?
Does the 'Check signal
cable' message appear?
■ Press the
+ or - button.
■ Sound muted? Press MUTE button.
■ Try another channel. The problem may be with the broadcast.
■ Are the audio cables installed properly?
■ Adjust Balance in menu option.
■ A change in ambient humidity or temperature may result in an
unusual noise when the product is turned on or off and does not
indicate a problem with the product.
■ Check HDMI cable is High Speed HDMI Cable.
■ Check USB cable over version 2.0.
■ If the sound is abnormal in the HDMI, check the audio format in
your external equipments.
► HDMI Audio supported format : Dolby Digital, PCM
► DTS Audio format is not supported
■ It means that the Monitor set is currently set to Store Demo mode.
To switch to Home use mode you should do the followings:
From the Monitor set Menu, OPTION → Mode Setting → Home use.
Now, you have completed switching to the Home use mode.
■ Adjust brightness and contrast again.
■ The signal from the PC (Video card) is out of the vertical or
horizontal frequency range of the product.
Adjust the frequency range by referring to the Specifications in this
user's guide.
■ The signal cable between PC and product is not connected. Check
the signal cable.
■ Press the 'INPUT' button in the remote control to check the input
signal.
