Get snapshot via URL
Administrator and users can use the specific URL to capture the current still image.

http://<IP of Video Server>/cgi-bin/video1.jpg[?<param>=<value>]

Get snapshot via FTP
Administrator and users can log-in the FTP daemon of Video Server to download the
refreshed JPEG image named video1.jpg. The user name and password are as same as
what in web access. The zero file size in file directory means it is captured by request.
