entire agreement between you and TP VISION
and supersedes any prior representation,
undertaking or other communication or
advertising with respect to the Software
and user documentation. If any part of this
Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this
Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall not prejudice the statutory
rights of any party dealing as a consumer.

Philips Smart Television on the APP Store
are legally licensed and are duly protected
for the copyrights.

Where a user installs an APP by means
of USB/Network, the copyright does not
belong to Philips. Under no circumstances
shall Philips assume legal responsibility
because a user infringes upon the rights or
uses the programs illegally.
