Type numbers and symbols
Press the sym keyboard once to display the symbols soft keyboard, press twice to display the numbers soft keyboard, press
again to hide the soft keyboard.
Cut, copy, and paste text
When you select text, a text menu appears. Tap Cut or Copy, and then touch and hold where you want to paste the text,
tap Paste.
Switch your input language
1. To turn on input languages, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap
Settings > BlackBerry Keyboard > Input languages. If the Use system languages switch is turned on, turn it off. Turn
on the switch beside each input language that you want to use.
2. To switch between input languages while you type, press and hold the Space key and tap one of your previously selected
input languages.
3. To switch to the last input method that you used, on the touch screen keyboard, swipe right across the Space key, or,
on the physical keyboard, press the alt key and enter
For stock applications
In order to further improve the experience of using the keyboard, we have added some local application functions.
In-coming call screen
Double click the Space key to answer a call.
(When Settings > Accessibility > Space key answers call is turned on).
Calculator
0-9 key: input numbers
• +, -, *, /, ., (, )
• Shift key: switch mode (simple mode > currency > unit)
• Enter key: =
• Delete key: delete
