If the freezer is working but the refrigerator is not cooling, possible reasons include:
1. Blocked Airflow – Cold air from the freezer circulates into the fridge. If vents are blocked by food items or ice buildup, the fridge may not cool properly. 2. Temperature Settings – The fridge temperature may be set too high. Adjust it within the range of +8°C (46.4°F) to +2°C (35.6°F). 3. Malfunctioning Fan – The fan that moves cold air from the freezer to the fridge may not be working. 4. Defrost Issues – Ice buildup can block airflow, preventing the fridge from cooling. 5. Door Seals – If the fridge door is not sealing properly, cold air can escape, reducing cooling efficiency. 6. Compressor or Thermostat Issues – If the compressor runs but the fridge is not cooling, the thermostat or temperature control system may be faulty.
Check these factors and adjust settings or inspect components as needed.
