Getting Started

Positioning the LCD TV

Always use an appropriate table or stand when position-
ing your TV. Allow enough space to tilt the TV. For best
viewing, avoid locating the TV where direct sunlight or
indoor lighting will fall on the screen. (Note: CLT1554
measurements are in the parenthesis.)

Using the Detachable TV Tilt Stand
To change the viewing angle of your
LCD TV, position your hand on the
top and hold the stand firmly, then
tilt the LCD screen forward or back-
ward. CAUTION: Do not position
hand under the screen while tilting
the TV forward.
Note: Maximum tilt is 5º to the
front and 10º to the back.

Removing the TV Tilt Stand

Tools Needed: Phillips screwdriver
Important Note: Position TV face down on a padded or
cushioned surface to protect the screen and finish.
1. Remove the screw from the stand back cover.
2. Remove four (4) screws from the metal bracket.
CAUTION: Hold the stand firmly as you remove the
last screw.
3. Carefully remove the TV stand.

Power Connection

Insert AC Adaptor into the DC input terminal on the TV.
❷
Insert AC power cord into Adaptor; then insert the
plug fully into a 120V, 60Hz, AC power outlet.
