If the plug does not fit fully into the electrical outlet contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way or use an adaptor.

Place Kettle on Base on a flat, level, dry, heat resistant surface. Ensure that it is correctly engaged on the Base. 5. Plug into a 120V AC wall outlet. NOTE: Never plug kettle into an electrical outlet when the kettle is empty.

Removing the Filter To remove the Filter press it gently backward toward the Lid and the tabs (a) will release from the slots (b). Installing the Filter First locate the two slots (b) on each side of the Filter Holder and the post (c) between these slots.
