OPERATION
This vent-free fi replace is clean burning. It
requires no outside venting. There is no heat
loss out a vent or up a chimney. Heat is gen-
erated by both realistic fl ames and glowing
embers. When used without the blower, the
fi replace requires no electricity making it ideal
for emergency backup heat.
SAFETY DEVICE
This fi replace has a pilot with an Oxygen
Depletion Sensing (ODS) safety shutoff
system. The ODS/pilot is a required feature

for vent-free room heaters. The ODS/pilot
system shuts off the fi replace if there is not
enough fresh air.
ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM
This heater has an electronic igniter to light
the fi replace's fuel supply.
BLOWER ASSEMBLY
This fi replace includes a blower assembly. The
blower operates thermostatically and features
a variable speed control. The blower circulates
heated air from the fi replace into the room.
