Troubleshooting
► Make sure that the printer is switched on
and is online (see the manuals supplied with
the printer).
► Check that the cable connecting the
notebook and the printer is connected
properly.
► Check that the correct printer driver is
installed.
► Check the printer settings in Windows.
► Check the entry for the port used in the
BIOS Setup in the Advanced - Serial/Parallel
Port Configurations menu. The relevant entry
in the Serial Port or Parallel Port field must
match the setting in the application program
under Windows.
