Windows recovery function

If the Samsung Recovery application is not supported by the
computer, reinstall Windows using the recovery function of
Windows.
Reinstalling Windows will erase all data saved on the
computer. Back up application and personal data to an
external storage device before reinstalling Windows.

Select the Start button ( ) → Settings → Update & security
→ Recovery.

Select Reset this PC → Get started.

Select Keep my files or Remove everything.
After the system is recovered, select the Start button
( ) → Samsung → Samsung Update to install the
required Samsung applications.
