Trouble Shooting

If your appliance does not work or it stops working during operation. First try to find a solution
to the problem below. If the resolution cannot be found please contact the NordMende service
centre.

Description
Note!
• After trying the solution and reactivating the appliance. If the problem persists or
displays another alarm code, contact the NordMende service department.
Reason
Door is not closed properly
The machines safety
protection design is working
The connection between inlet pipe
or outlet hose is not succured
tightly
Detergent is dampened or
agglomerated
Disconnection of the power or PC
board has a connection problem
Reason
Door is not closed properly
Water injecting
problem while
washing
Overtime water draining

Solution
Restart after the door is closed, check if
there are clothes obstructing the
opening
Disconnect the power, restart the
appliance
Check and fasten water pipes, clean
the outlet hose
Clean and wipe the detergent box
Turn the power on and off.
Check the power plug is connected
correctly.
Check the fuse.
Check if the fixing bolts have been
removed.
Check that it has been installed on
a solid and level floor.
Solution
Restart after the door is closed
Check if the clothes are stuck.
Check if the water pressure is too low.
Straighten the water pipe.
Check if the inlet valve filter is blocked.
Check if the drain hose is blocked.
Restart the washer.
Please try restarting the machine
first, then call the NordMende
service line if the error persists.
