- Page 4 Attach tires to the base unit, with the 5/8” bolt and lock nut. (The nut goes on the inside side of the tire.) Insert a 44.5” tapered pipe in each cor- ner fitting of the base unit. (The tapered end goes up.)
- Page 5 Put the target arm cross brace onto two of the tapered pipes. NOTE: The arm pivot IMPORTANT goes on the inside and is on the opposite side from the wheels. Insert a 41.5” pipe onto each tapered pipe .
