Video: there is Repeat and Scale for setting, use [/] button to select options;
Photo: there are Original File, Play Sequence, Transition, Interval and Scale for setting;
Use [/] button to select options;
Music: there are Original File, Play Sequence and Repeat for setting;
Use [/] button to select options;
E-book: there are BG music, Auto Scroll and Font Color for setting;
Use [/] button to select options;
4.10.4 Time
Date: use [/] button to input a date in a setting box, and use [/] button to switch years,
months, and days;
Mode: switch from 12-hours and 24-hours;
Time: use [/] button to input a time in a setting box, and use [/] button to switch hours
and minutes;
Calibration: to calibrate Clock;
Timer: there is timer off time, and repeat count for setting;
Alarm: there is alarm, alarm time, repeat count, and alarm ring for setting.

5. TROUBLE SHOOTING

Problems
Can not power on, even
when the device is
connected with a charger.
Screen dead
System halted
and the device can not be off.
Can not play video smoothly and a note
appears that video format is not supported.
No sound
Remotecontrolis
insensitive or invalid
Can not read the files
Can not read USB flash
drive and USB hard disk.
Can not read SDHC card
The actual capacity
is less than the one it is stated.
No file is found and seen
in the device.
Playing exits and goes
back to the Main Menu automatically.
Note: The LED panel is made up by millions of pixels with high technology. By chance, there
will be some pixel is too high or too dark, but this situation will not effect the actual Digital Photo
Frame function.
1. Check whether the power adapter is connected well.
2. Reboot the device.
3. Contact with your dealer for assistance if your product can not work well still.
Check whether the backlight is on.
Unplug the device and plug it again
What's the reason is that video resolution and data stream (frame) is not supported.
Check parameters of video files by players, and convert them by a video converter if they are
not in the parameter range of the device.
Check whether your parameter of audio is zero.
Check whether your source file has sound.
Contact with your dealer for assistance if there is no sound after the check above.
Check whether the distance between your photo frame and the remote control is too far,
or the angel of them is more than 60 degree.
Check whether the battery is completely drained or in poor contact.
Check the file path.
The device can not read the files stored in more than 5 levels deep of a folder.
Reboot the device if it can not work well still.
Check whether they are inserted well.
Check whether the Max Capacity of them is less than 32GB.
Check their compatibility, and consult your dealer for compatible types.
Check whether your SDHC card is inserted well.
Check whether the Max Capacity of your card is less than 32GB.

Files for management and applications occupy some capacity.
FAT is damaged.
Connect the device to PC and format the device.
Restart playing
(Note: the device has self-protection function which can be activated automatically once violent
impact or external interference exists.)
