Fastbind Secura, Elite, Optima, Ultra
SERVICE BULLETIN
This bulletin describes how to adjust clamp holding
capability (locking units) in Fastbind Secura, Elite,
Optima and Ultra.
Symptoms: clamp yielding and pages drop down
when glue applied or clamp not holding well. If too
tight, clamp difficult to move along guide rods.
To access adjustment screws, clamp have to be
opened.
1. Open screws and remove knobs
2. Remove guide support bar by pulling it off
3. Pull the clamp off
4. Remove end caps from both sides to get access to
locking units (one on each side)
