Parts names and functions
Wireless communication
Wireless connection is established between the internal wireless module of this product
and a laptop computer or a wireless access point.
This product supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n (Frequency band: 2.4 GHz/5 GHz). The
available frequency band and channel vary depending on the system requirements and the
radio frequency regulations in the country or region where you purchased the device.
Important
Note that the radio frequency channel configured for indoor use may not be usable in
outdoor areas, depending on local radio frequency regulations.
Important
When configuring other wireless LAN equipment, do not use the same radio frequency
(channel) that is selected for this product. Otherwise, an interference between the two
pieces of equipment may occur and may result in a decline in transmission speed and
other troubles.
Important
Before introducing other wireless equipment to the same environment where this
product is set up, consult with the equipment system engineer.
Important
Do not cover the wireless module on the detector with your hands or place obstacles
in the way of the wireless access point. Otherwise, the properties of wireless
communication, such as the throughput and operable distance, may decrease.

Battery pack / Battery charger

The battery pack supplies power to the detector during wireless connection. Be sure to
fully charge the battery before use.
The battery charger is designed for the dedicated battery pack.
