ROCEDURE
Follow these instructions to assemble a rubber platform:
1. Using (4) 3/8-16 x 3/4" bolts and (4) 5/16" flat washers, attach the platform mounting bracket to both
sides of the frame. Leave the bolts loose for adjustment.
Note: Place the outside edge of the mounting bracket flush with the outside of the plastic cap.
2. Install the frame support under the power rack mainframe. It should be located just behind the
platform mount.

- Page 2 Assembly Instructions – Rubber Platform 3. Insert the tongue of the platform into the rack. This is the “underlip” section of the platform with no angled corners. 4. Using the parts supplied, assemble the tube rail system using a 3/16” Allen wrench. 5.
- Page 3 Assembly Instructions – Rubber Platform 6. Use the included drywall screws to connect the wooden sections, as shown below. 7. Install the rubber pieces, ensuring that the smooth side is up. 8. Make sure the wood is tightly pinched between the power rack frame and the platform rail. To make adjustments, loosen the bolts on the power rack rear brace, and then adjust the brace forward or backwards to find the perfect fit.
