Suspected malfunctions are often due to causes that the users can
fix themselves, therefore check the product using this section.
Problem
1. Machine does
not start
2. Motor does
not reach full
speed or
power.
3.Unsatisfactory
result (Poor
cutting quality)
4. Machine
overheating
WARNING!
performed by an authorised service centre or a qualified technician!

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible Cause
1.1 No power supply.
1.2 Product damaged.
1.3 Circuit breaker is
tripped.
1.4 Circuit fuse is
blown.
2.1 Low voltage from
power source.
2.2 Circuit is
overloaded.
2.3 Switch is
defective.
3.1 Improper
installation of
cutting blade.
3.2 Damaged/Worn
out cutting blade.
3.3 Incorrect cutting
operation or depth
stop setting.
4.1 Overload running.
4.2 Disc/Blade is
being fed into
work too fast.
All further inspection and repair work must be
1.1 Check the plug.
1.2 Check it by a
technician.
1.3 Reset circuit
breaker.
1.4 Replace circuit fuse.
2.1 Request a voltage
check-up.
2.2 Test on a different
circuit or without
anything else on it.
2.3 Replace it by a
technician.
3.1 Reinstall cutting
blade.
3.2 Replace the blade.

4.1 Conduct the
operation correctly.
4.2 Feed blade into the
work slower.
