ON/OFF TRIGGER SWITCH & LOCK BUTTON
To start the tool, simply press the
trigger switch (9). Tool speed can also be
increased by increasing pressure on the
switch trigger. For continuous operation,
press the lock on button (10) as well.
Release the trigger switch to stop.
REPLACING/ MOUNTING CUTTING BLADE
Abrasive cutting disc/ blade with 355 x 25.4 x 3 mm dimension
is to be used. Only use sharp and undamaged cutting blades.
Follow the steps and figure below for mounting/ replacing:
Place the machine in the working position. Swing the movable
protection guard upwards to the stop.
Turn the hex head bolt with the spanner/wrench (16) provided,
pressing the spindle lock (11) at the same time until it engages.
Keeping the spindle lock depressed then unscrew the hex head
bolt. Remove the washer and the clamping flange. Remove the
cutting disc (4) for inspection or replacement.
For mounting the same or with a replaced one, obviously follow
the above step backwards; as simple as that.
