Mounting
The drone is delivered in pre-assembled parts with 10
detached steering mechanisms. Easy assembly (see page 3).
Mounting of a non-assembled drone (non-assembled delivery
only on demand (mounting from page 4).
The surface needs to be hard and even.
Material
• Solid boards made of recycled plastics (PE) coloured
throughout (beige, green, brown)
• Stainless steel screws and nail plugs
• 10 replaceable steering wheels
Maintenance
The plastic material requires very little maintenance, that is
cleaning with soapy water and a sponge or soft brush and
rinsing with water to remove dirt and soap. As the materials'
water absorption is less than 0.29%, it will not get stained by
oil, grease or other products. Moss and algae will not adhere
easily and can easily be removed. Cleaning with high-
pressure (max. 100 bar) is possible but not recommended
and mostly even not necessary. Spray with a fan-shaped
jet with minimum 30 cm distance from the surface. Painting
or staining is useless as the material does not need extra
protection and moreover the paint will not stick to the plastic.

• Check worn, loose, damaged, missing parts.
• Check screws sticking out.
• Check anchoring on hard soil.
• Steering wheels must be tightly secured.
• Vandalism?
• Is there play on the steering wheel?
Use original Govaplast parts when repairing is required, to
ensure the TÜV certifi cate remains valid.

Installation The installation needs to be done on a hard and even surface. 150 cm The equipment cannot be installed on a loose surface such as a sandpit, wood chips, bark mulch), unless a special bearing construction is installed (not standard). Security Zone An obstacle-free area of minimum 150 cm around the equipment is required. - Page 3 Standard procedure: drone is already pre-assembled The 10 steering wheel mechanisms are already mounted on the plastic plates. You only need to screw the plates onto the boards. Secure the 10 steering wheels with the countersunk stainless steel screws T25 through the plastic plate. The holes in the beige boards are marked.
- Page 4 In the event of anchoring the drone onto the hard ground The drone has been assembled before and the parts have been numbered. Observe the order of the numbered parts. Turn arm n° 1 upside down and screw the lower disc with brown support onto the arm in the pre-drilled holes.
