• IN indicates signals from the Host to the printer, and OUT indicates signals from the
printer to the Host.

Signal Name
Direction
When this signal goes "Low," the printer becomes
BUSY. It is initialized after all the data are printed.
BUSY is not cleared until this signal goes "High."
*INIT IN
A pulse width of 1
receiving end.
(See "When Receiving the INIT Signal.")
This signal indicates that the printer is in the error state.
It goes "Low" under any one of the following condi-
*FAULT OUT tions.
• Paper End
• When an abnormal operation is detected.
GND Signal line ground.
DRAWER
KICK OUT The drawer kick connector's status signal is output.
STATUS
FUSE OUT Connected to +5 V through a 3.3k ohm resistor.
