Watch, remember, and repeat the colors!

THE FIRST TIME YOU PLAY

Push in the reset button, located on the back of the game unit
(use a paper clip if necessary).

HOW TO PLAY

The SIMON game displays a single colored light. Repeat that light
correctly, and the game displays the same light again with a light
added. Copy it, and the SIMON game adds another light. At the
higher levels, you'll see combos – multiple lights that come on
together. Keep going. It's you against the SIMON game – if you
miss, you're out!

QUICK START – SOLO GAME
Press any button to turn the game on, then press the RED

button to start the SOLO game.
2 The SIMON game announces "SOLO" and flashes the first
colored light. Copy the light.
The SIMON game repeats the first light and adds another light.

Copy those two lights. This pattern will continue, with a light
being added each time.
If you keep going without missing, you level up! You'll hear

the celebration sound that means you've completed a level.
There are a total of 14 levels.
In the higher levels, watch for combos. In a combo, two, three,

or four lights flash together. You must press the lights together.
Flex those fingers and copy the combos!
6 If you miss, the game is over. The SIMON game calls out
"SCORE" and displays your score in flashing lights.
To Win
Beat your personal high score. Or, reach 200 points to beat
the SIMON game for the ultimate win!

SCORING

You earn one point for each light or combo you repeat
game
correctly, to a maximum of 200. At the end of the game,
the SIMON game says "SCORE" and flashes lights clockwise
around the colors starting at RED. Each color flashes
up to five times, along with a sound that you can count to
BLUE
get your total score. Here is an example:

RECALLING YOUR HIGH SCORE

The SIMON game saves your high score in the SOLO game and
will report it back to you. To hear the high score, press and hold the
RED button for two seconds before starting a game. (If you replace
or remove the batteries, the high score is lost.)
