This chapter will get you past the basics to teach you more about how to use your M10 to its fullest
capabilities.
3.1 AC adapter
The AC adapter provides external power to your NoteMagix M10 and charges the internal battery pack at the same
time. The AC adapter also has an auto-switching design that can connect to any 100VAC ~ 240VAC power outlet.
3.2 Lithium Ion ( Li-Ion) battery pack
To maximize the length of your battery's life, please read and adhere to the recommendations below.
Conditioning a new battery pack
To fully utilize the capacity of your Lithium-Ion battery, discharge the battery completely on fi rst use. To do this,
operate your M10 with battery power only, until the battery power is completely drained. Then, with the M10 off,
connect the AC power adapter to fully recharge.
Notice: Total conditioning process is 3 charges/ discharges.
Use this process with a new battery or with a battery that's been stored without being used for an extended time.
