Corrective actions for the currently occurring error can be checked by opening a troubleshooting page on our website.
Checking from a PC

Start KYOCERA Client Tool according to the description in Accessing KYOCERA Client Tool on page 3-35.

Click the Troubleshooting icon in the Maintenance tab.
Checking from a mobile device
Scan a QR code on the label attached to the machine.
