5.- FITTING THE MONITOR.-
Connect the terminal (15) in terminal
of the rear part of the monitor (1)

Place the monitor (1) on the bracket (34)
and secure it using the screws (14),

Attach the covers (11L), (11R) using the

Attach the iPad holder (2) to the iPad
support tube (5) using the knob (4),

Attach the uper cover (10) using the
screw (18). Fit the end cap (9), Fig.8.
6.- EXERTION SETTINGS.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during
exercise,
equipped with control keys located on
the handlebar, Fig.9. To increase pedal
resistance, press the right key. To
reduce pedal resistance, press the left
key.
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This
can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable feet (59) up or down,

MAINS CONNECTION.-

Insert the jack on the transformer into
this
appliance
the connection hole on the main body
and then plug the transformer (89) into
a 220V mains supply, Fig.11.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (80)
Fig.10, to make it easier to move. The
wheels located at the rear of your unit
make it easier to move it into a chosen
position, by lifting the front of the unit
up slightly and pushing it, as shown in
Fig.10. Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
MAINTAINING THE MACHINE.-
For health reasons it is necessary to
clean the handlebars and seat after
each class with a disinfectant spray,
as well as removing any sweat from
the bicycle's frame.
MAINTENANCE EVERY 100
HOURS.-
1. TIGHTENING THE PEDALS
Even though the pedals are already
fitted, the right-hand pedal (marked R)
screws on in a clockwise direction,
is
whereas the left-hand pedal (marked
L) does so in the opposite direction.
Maintenance:
-The tension of the pedal clip with the
pedal should be checked weekly,
using a 3mm Allen key to adjust the
set screw.
-Apply a little oil to the contact point of
the pedal clip with the pedal to ensure
that it locks on. -Oil to the pedal
springs regularly. (Pedal instructions
attached)
