Cause
The product brakes suddenly or the load to
the product stops.
The temperature of the product is too high.
There is too much load to the motor.
There is loss of 1 phase at the output of the
product.
The motor is not connected to the motor or
the power is too low.
The output contactor is open.
The current from the motor does not operate
correctly.
The mains voltage is too high
The mains supply does not operate correctly.
The PTC1 probes are too hot.
The PTC2 probes are too hot
The PTC probes are too hot.
The PTC1 probes are open or short circuited. Do a check of the PTC probes. Do a check

Solution
Increase the deceleration time.
If necessary, install a braking resistor.
Start the "Dec ramp function", if applicable.
Do a check of the motor load. Make sure that
the airflow is sufficient around the product.

ment.
Wait for the product to become cool before
you start the product.
Do a check of the settings for the motor ther-
mal protection and the motor load. Wait for
