Pictures you have already taken do not appear on the monitor.
Possible cause
The power is off.
The camera is in the
shooting mode.
There are no pictures
on the card.
There is a problem with
the card.
The camera is
connected to a TV.
The date/time recorded with the image data is wrong.
Possible cause
The date/time is not
set.
The batteries are
exhausted.
The camera has been
left with the batteries
removed.
Erasure, protection, print reservation and card formatting cannot be performed.
Possible cause
A write-protect seal is
attached to the card.
The settings performed are returned to the factory default settings.
Possible cause
All Reset was set to
ON.
Corrective action
Close the lens barrier, then press
monitor on.
Press quickly twice, or close the lens barrier
and then press to switch to the playback
mode.
NO PICTURE appears on the monitor.
Record pictures.
Refer to the "Error codes".
The monitor does not function when the Video
cable is connected to the camera.
Corrective action
Set the date/time. The clock adjustment is not
factory-preset.
When the batteries run out, the date/time setting
is canceled. Replace the batteries with new ones
and set the date/time again.
If the camera is left for several hours with the
batteries removed, the date/time setting is
canceled. Set the date/time again.
Corrective action
Remove the seal before using the card. Do not
reuse the write-protect seal.
Corrective action
Set All Reset in the mode menu to OFF.
