Backup and Restore Configuration

Back up your settings

This guide provides you with instructions on how to back up your gateway's configuration and restore it. We
recommend that you make a backup of the current working configuration in case you lose your settings or
need to perform a factory reset (i.e. reset default settings).
1
Connect your computer to the Gateway using a wired or wireless connection. We recommend
connecting via Ethernet cable.
2
Open a web browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox), type the following address
into the address bar and press Enter.
http://192.168.20.1
3
Enter the Gateway Login Username and Password printed on the label at the back of the Gateway and
click the Sign in button.
