The gas connection does not seem to be long enough to connect to the gasbottle. It seems to be 0.5 mm too short to lock. What can be wrong?

If the gas connection is 0.5 mm too short to connect to the gas bottle, it may not form a proper seal, which can result in a gas leak. Do not operate the grill if a leak is present. A secure and leak-free connection is required for safe operation.
