The issue could be caused by grease buildup or malfunctioning burner controls. Over time, grease and debris can accumulate, affecting the movement of the control valves and causing them to stick. Additionally, if the burner controls or valves are faulty, they may not properly regulate the gas flow, leading to excessively high temperatures even on the lowest setting. Cleaning the control valves and checking for damage or blockages may help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contacting Weber customer service for further assistance is recommended.
