BEFORE FIRST USE This portable ice maker uses a fully automatic control system, with an advanced microcomputer for easy and convenient ice making. Making ice is simple and fast. Just add water, plug into an outlet, and press the ON button. You can select one of the two ice cube sizes with the touch of a button. -

USING YOUR ICE MAKER Ensure that the Drain Plug underneath the front of the unit is closed and the Water Tube Screen is in place. Plug the Ice Maker into the wall outlet and the green power indicator light will blink (approximately every 5 seconds). Open the Cover and remove the Ice Basket. -

Power outage cause my ice maker to stop working and light up Add Water light. I’ve cleaned it out and restarted it, still same result
If the Frigidaire EFIC121-B-SS ice maker is not working and showing the "Add Water" light after a power outage, it could be due to air in the water lines or blocked lines preventing the water tank from detecting the water level. To resolve this:
1. Turn off the ice maker.
2. Unplug the unit.
3. Remove the drain cap at the back of the unit and drain a small amount of water.
4. Replace the drain cap.
5. Plug the unit back in and restart it.
If the issue persists, check if ice is blocking the ice pusher. Allow the ice to melt, then restart the unit.
