    The complete assembly is shown below. Grease Loading Instructions Cartridge Loading 1. Remove the tube container from the main head. 2. Pull back on the T-handle until it is fully extended. Lock it into place with the locking plate. 3. Remove the cap and/or lid from both ends of the cartridge (not included). Insert the cartridge into the tube container in the direction indicated on the cartridge.
  • Page 9 4. Reconnect the tube container to the main head. Press the locking plate to release the T-handle. Press the handle in as far as it will go. Make sure the end of the grease cartridge that is inserted into the tube container is not damaged or squeezed.

Removing Trapped Air After filling the grease gun, remove any trapped air by following these steps: 1. After filling the tube container with grease (using any of the previously mentioned methods) and reassembling the gun, keep the barrel at least 2-3 turns open.

    Maintenance Maintain the grease gun by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
