Extension Cords ⚠WARNING • USE A PROPER EXTENSION CORD. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line voltage, resulting in loss of power and cause overheating.

Charger Operation • If the battery pack is installed in the gun, remove it by depressing the two battery release buttons (one button on each side of the battery pack) and pulling the battery pack out of the gun. • Insert the charger power plug into the 120V/ 60hz power socket.

Figure 2 • Remove the pull-tab from the grease cartridge and screw the grease tube assembly clockwise into the gun. • To release the follower rod, depress the follower key and push the follower rod forward into the grease tube assembly. • When you have finished applying grease, remove the high-pressure hose coupler from the grease fitting by pulling it sideways. See Figure 6. ⚠WARNING • The pressure relief valve is factory preset at 7,000 PSI (+/- 500 PSI). Do not adjust the pressure relief valve.

After Each Use ⚠WARNING • If the supply cord of the charger is damaged, it must be replaced only by a qualified service technician. • When storing, always remove the battery pack from the grease gun. Keep the grease gun and its accessories in a clean, dry location and out of the reach of children.
Maintain the grease gun by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
