Possible Cause
•
The appliance is not
plugged in.
•
You have not
completed the
preset selection.

The basket is not
properly locked.
• The set temperature
is too low.
• There is too much
food in the basket.
• The cooking time is
too short.
• You used a type of
snack meant to be
prepared in a
traditional deep
fryer.

You are preparing
greasy ingredients

You did not use the
right type of potato.

You did not rinse the
potato sticks properly
before you fried
them
•
The crispiness of the
fries depends on the
amount of oil and
water in the fries.
Solution
•
Put the main plug in an earthed
wall socket.
•
Adjust the setting to the required
preparation time to switch on
the appliance.

Push the basket back in the Air
Fryer properly.
•
Put smaller batches of
ingredients in the basket. Smaller
batches are fried more evenly.
•
Adjust the setting to the required
