• Close the MAXX air fryer and start cooking.
• When the cooking time has elapsed, pull open the fryer and
carefully remove the pan by grabbing the handle.
• Warning: the basket, Baking pan and its handle will be hot. Make
sure to wear heat-resistant kitchen gloves to remove the pan from
the basket.
• Use utensils with wooden or heat-resistant plastic tips, as metallic tips
or utensils may scratch the coating of the pan.
• The baking pan is dishwasher-safe or can be cleaned in hot water
with mild detergent / dish soap. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or
abrasive cleaning materials to clean, as this may damage the non-
stick coating. Rinse and dry thoroughly after cleaning.

• To use the rack, place it into the cooking basket, place your
ingredients on top and/or underneath it, and air fry as usual. We
recommend placing your bottom layer of ingredients into the
basket before setting the rack on top.
You can use the rack to increase the cooking surface by layering

Tip: To avoid excess liquids dripping onto the bottom layer of food,

such as hamburgers and fish, which can be cooked at once. You
can place these kinds of ingredients both under and on top of the
rack.
• The dual layer rack can also be used to cook with the included
metal skewers. The skewers can be placed on the upper part of the
rack's frame and are great for air frying meat, fruits, and
vegetables.
